Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unopened
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase must be provided
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm if your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Your refund will be sent to your original payment method
- Refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return your original item if eligible, then place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
